This advert struck me just because of how everything in it epitomizes 'cool' or what is meant to be cool. The male model is perfect everything he does is lavish and over exaggerated he's got the money, car, girl and status but this is what the target audience want, they crave this lifestyle and the product becomes an accessory to your lifestyle. How the advert is shot is what intrigued me the light and dark contrast with just a brief burst of gold to enhance the luxury really works well.

This is Now
Ogilvy Advertising, London have created this advert for the new Ford Fiesta targeted at women it follows a number of boxes/tv screens that show different images and change shape until eventually the new Fiesta comes out of them with the slogan 'This is Now.' Nice little design and a lot better than some of the competitions efforts.

Kronenbourg 1664 Advert
'Smaller Bubbles, Smoother Taste.'
This is a fun look through the brewing process of Kronenburg Beer. It shows white coated food scientists in a laboratory struggle with their equipment to make bubbles smaller until they are suitable for Kronenbourg 1664.
Gerrard, Kaka & Messi Adidas Advert
I really like the simplicity of this advert getting 3 of the greatest footballers in the world together to promote adidas football boots. The advert sees the players draw themselves through illustration and then they are animated with their footballing characters i.e. Messi is extremely skillful. It is extremely effective and finishes with the line 'find your place in the team.' This promotes to children the importance of all positions not just the goalscorers but does it in a fun and clever way and also gives you a personal view of the high profile players that appeals to consumers.

Nokia Navigation
This advert by Wieden & Kennedy, London makes me want to watch it over and over again. On first glance I thought it was another ‘Sharpie’ advert minus the celebrity endorsement but then on following the journey from the first stroke to the final complex drawing I was truly inspired. I love the idea of different ideas from a wide variety of people going into creating one piece of work i.e. the new Nokia phone and the simplicity of hand drawn graphics having such a stunning final outcome.
